Ethan joined Hivenant Arborists in the summer of 2007 as a Ground Support Technician while still in high school.

Ethan grew in his ground techncian role eventually becoming responsible for managing work site debris, equipment, ropes and both vehicular & pedestrian traffic.

Ethan is a lifelong resident of Colchester, a 2009 Graduate of Colchester High School and he studied mathematics at the University of Vermont.

In September of 2012 Ethan traded in our uniform for that of a United States Marine!

He graduated from the Marine Corp Recruit Depot at Parris Island just before Christmas 2012 and completed his Marine Combat Training at the end of February 2013. Ethan is presently stationed at Twenty-nine Palms in Southern California where is he completing his specialist training.

We will certainly miss Ethan from our team, and he will always be welcome on our jobsites. We are especially proud of him for volunteering to that which most of us cannot, or will not do. Semper Fi Marine!
